Managing Partner
Alex Goldrick
Alex has extensive experience delivering executive search assignments across the globe. He has acted as a talent search partner for global and regional brand leaders in the energy, mining, chemical, infrastructure, and technology sectors.
Alex has developed a reputation as an executive search consultant that appreciates the technicalities and complexities in which surround his customers. Leveraging his relevant industry knowledge, depth in a professional network, and know-how to execute executive search assignments with best practices, he has established an exceptional market reputation and track record where facilitated appointments have proven to be successful both in performance and tenure.
He holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from the University of Wales.

Edward Ellis
Edward comes to market with over 15 years’ experience delivering search mandates for clients within the UK, European and Asia Pacific markets.
Having started his career based in Perth, Edward has more recently spent 8 years in London, managing the search practice for an international infrastructure contractor. The majority of Edward’s career has sat deep within the industrial, manufacturing, resources and energy sectors, placing executives in project centric leadership roles through to functional executives.
Edward prides himself on an ability to translate a brief into a realistic search assignment, partnering with his clients to explore all avenues as well as consult to a successful outcome.

Hugo Shao
As Researcher Growth and Delivery, Hugo leads the development of the research function and cross-industry integrated research strategy to develop leading industry insights and data-centric talent maps. Hugo is passionate about market economics and business finance and brings to the forefront his strengths in market research and analysis to enhance customer service delivery.
Originally from China, Hugo gained broad cross-cultural experience and global market knowledge. He is inspired to identify the human potential that can deliver exceptional business outcomes for global customers.
Hugo graduated with a Master’s Degree in commerce from the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance and Business Law.

Amy Hewitt
Amy brings a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a diverse background in academic services and the mining and minerals sector to her role as Operations Leader at Goldrick Ellis.
With experience in consulting on mental health strategy, researching COVID-19’s social and economic impacts, and promoting workplace safety, Amy excels in delivering exceptional support.
Her leadership skills, project administration expertise, and professional writing abilities enable her to optimize processes effectively.
Amy’s passion for business development and strategy drives her to seek innovative solutions in a dynamic social and economic landscape. Her interests in critical minerals, decarbonization, new energy solutions, leadership development, and retention strategies showcase her industry awareness.
